Health and fitness specialist, scientist, and champion.
Founder of Umbra Lab, Dr. Senka brings together science, movement, and nature to design programs that strengthen and protect mind-body health. Her evidence-based approach combines movement, mindfulness, somatic and neurological practices, and time in nature, preventing illness, injury, and stress - while building strength, resilience, and balance.
Author of numerous scientific papers and certified by leading international institutions, Dr. Senka combines academic expertise with champion-level experience: two-time World Champion and multiple European Champion in mountainboarding.
Her mission? Helping people and organizations build lasting health - strong, resilient, and deeply connected to nature.
